Siding Trends for 2018!

SIDING TRENDS FOR 2018

Just as in the Runway, we are ready to see what new trends 2018 brings for Homeowners. Siding your home is a unique opportunity many homeowners will have this year and why not make it trendy and have it represent our style? After all, this is what my home will be wearing for at least the next 25-30 years!

Keeping in mind there are 4 aspects to consider when replacing your siding:

  1. First and Most Important: Performance & Durability.
  2. Authentic Design.
  3. Environmentally Friendly.
  4. Low Maintenance.

“From a functional point of view, siding gives you protection,” says architect Amy A. Alper. “From an architectural point of view, there’s an interest now in using a variety of materials to highlight special features on a home. For example, using stone or Western red cedar to highlight an entry.”

Therefore, offering our clients the best products for their homes, that not only meets all of these important aspects for a siding project, we are also most importantly very interested in giving them “Low Maintenance” and why not? After a long day of work you should be able to have that peace of mind of having invested in the right siding, the siding you can enjoy seeing everyday when you get home or that siding that creates a curb appeal in your neighborhood and that you are so proud of. That’s what we want our services to be. In other words, “Worth it:”

We are seeing an increase in the number of customers looking for a “Low Maintenance ” Product in the past couple of years. Thus, these are the top trends for Siding for this year that bring all these demands into one product  and Siding Options that you won’t have to touch for a very long time:

  1. I like that you mentioned you’ll want to find an environmentally friendly and durable siding. My home was built in the 50s, so I’ve been looking for new siding. I’ll keep these trends in mind while I do my search.
